Choose a sale type Use the tabs at the top of the app — Repository, Judicial, or Sheriff — to switch between active sale lists.

Search & filter Type an address or municipality in the search bar. Use the dropdowns to narrow by township, property attributes, or bid range.

Review property cards Property cards show the opening bid, assessed value, and owner status. Look for the VGSI ✓ badge — address and owner verified against county records.

Open external links Use the Map, GIS, and Tax buttons on each card to jump directly to county assessment tools and parcel maps.
